Here’s how;

  • Download the ‘AccessMore’ application on your smartphone.
  • Enter your login information to access your account. Your login details are the same as your Access bank account information.
  • Using the menu tab, search for the “Claims” or “Claims Payout” option.
  • Scroll through to decide which Insurance policy you want to submit a claim settlement request for.
  • Offer the necessary information on your claim, including the policy number, incident specifics, supporting documentation, and any other documents requested, such as the incident details.
  • To guarantee a smooth claims procedure, double-check the information provided for correctness.
  • Click ‘submit’ to file your claim request. The application will be processed by Coronation Insurance.
  • Track the status of your claim using the Access Bank mobile application. You might get updates on the progress of your claim or any necessary extra information.
  • If necessary, use the app to contact Coronation Insurance or Access Bank customer service for any questions or help with the claims process.
